The Xavier’s Management Society is among the most distinguished and sought-after societies of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and is the representative society of the Department of Management Studies. Since its inception in September 2010, it has overcome every obstacle in its way, shifting to an entirely online medium for conducting its events, while also being able to adapt to a hybrid mechanism, and ultimately transitioning back to an offline medium. XMS was founded with the vision of creating a community of like-minded individuals striving for excellence and success, as well as being a platform to provide a plethora of opportunities and avenues to aid students in gaining enriching corporate exposure and experience. At XMS, we are committed on focusing on all aspects of management, ensuring that every student is taught practical lessons, as we believe that education should transcend academic books.
The X-ecutive (Vol. XX) is the annual departmental magazine of the Department of Management Studies, St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata. Over the years, it has established itself as a prestigious publication, featuring thought-provoking articles, insights, and exclusive interviews with eminent personalities.
